Preheat your grill for two-zone cooking by turning half the burners to medium and leave the other half-closed.

Place the bacon slices on indirect, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes.
Slice each glazed donut in half and place on the hot grate for 15 seconds with the interior facing down
Assemble your grilled cheeses with two slices of American cheese and two slices of bacon between two grilled donut halves.
Place the assembled grilled cheese back on the grill over indirect and close the lid. Let cool for five minutes.
Gently press down on each grilled cheese with a spatula before removing the the grill. Enjoy.
